Spicy Ahi Poke

Ingredients
 • 1 pound fresh or frozen ahi, cubed 
 • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
 • ¼ cup mayonnaise
 • 1 tablespoon Hawaiian salt (to taste)
 • 1 teaspoon sriracha or (wasabi oil is traditionally used) to taste
 • 2 stalks green onion, chopped
 • 3-4 tablespoons masago (fish eggs)
 • 1 Teaspoon inamona (roasted kukui nut)

 Instructions 
1. Cut ahi into cubes. 
2. Add sesame oil and mix to coat fish. 
3. Add mayonnaise and salt, mix well. 
4. Next, add about a teaspoon of sriracha to taste and mix. 
5. Put in chopped green onions, masago and inamona and mix well.
