Inamona Pesto

1 handful of basil (enough to fill a small blender or food processor) 
1 tablespoon of inamona 
3 cloves of garlic 
1/2 cup of olive oil 
1/2 cup of grated parmesan or romano cheese 
salt and black pepper to taste 

Directions: Add all ingredients except cheese into blender or food processor. Pulse, then blend until smooth. Empty your pesto into a bowl and mix in parmesan or romano cheese until combined.
