Ingredients: (serves 2)
1 cup packed shredded banana blossom, squeezed out excess water (please see How to Prepare a Banana Blossom post)
1 cup packed shredded green papaya, squeezed out excess water
1/2 cup of shredded huli huli chicken
6-8 malabar chestnut sprouts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon inamona (or to taste)
Kaffir Lime Sauce to taste
Arrange banana blossom, papaya, chicken and sprouts in a dish. Sprinkle inamona and drizzle kaffir lime sauce to your taste right before eating.
